So I’m going to be trying something new, something I probably should have been doing anyway but do to such a busy schedule and lack of time I haven’t been able to. I think its time that I make time for it and that’s exactly what I’m going to do. I’m going to challenge myself to do at least one 3D model a day. Nothing too crazy, more like speed modeling. Something I can spend about an hour or hour and a half, nothing more, most likely less than that. I’m going to try really hard to stay dedicated to this as I know for a fact that I’ll get a massive skill boost from doing this exercise. Not only that I might even come up with a cool idea that I would like to flesh out even more in the process.

I’ll be doing pretty small models as these are going to be quick little thing. Subjects will range from small creature heads to small house hold objects to just textures like concrete or wood and pretty much anything else that just happens to run across my mind. I’ll most likely start posting them up on to my art blog on a weekly basis as to not flood so many post at a time. I’m thinking every Friday.

If anyone wants to join me feel free. It would be awesome to see what you all come up with and see how your skills sky rocket. Also if anyone wants to throw a sort of weekly thing that would be pretty cool. Just make sure you join me on it

Secret Project… Projects?

Well there’s a couple of these “Secret Projects” and so far they are all going pretty good. There’s a gaming project that I’m working on as part of a three man team. Cant really say to much about it yet but if a fun little thing. Something for more of a casual gamer. More on that later on.

I also have a personal project going on with some character design and pushing myself on that so make sure to stay tuned and check it out. They should turn out pretty interesting. That’s it for now. Til next time.
